No, you can pay to the offerers directly for their services with cash, as it happens usually. Nocta platform services (such as premium, ads etc) can be purchased only by crypto. You should buy some NOCTA at exchange via top currencies like BTC, ETH, XMR etc.

Safety balance is the main condition and feature of the premium status. It works simple - user who want to improve his chances to meet desirable offerer, transfer some of his NOCTA to the "premium" balance. Offerers can see only this balance, that freezes until the meeting occurs (or canceled with both sides agreement).
