I just watched youtube and there is a crypto ad.
You are still seeing them because the ban hasn't taken place yet. According to cnbc, they will ban it in June/2018. There is still a lot of time and google (and the others) may still change their minds. Till then everything is free.
If google bans them, this forum will be the ultimate source for their ads.
