I personally do not mind the lack of bonuses but the initially fast withdrawals have slowed down to a crawl... with my last request still unpaid for more than a month now.

Repeated conversations with support staff has been nothing short of useless and terribly frustrating considering the fact that there have been no justifications for the delay and no estimated withdrawal timeframe. I believe a one month waiting time is borderline-ridiculous for any casino, much less a Bitcoin establishment.

Is anyone in the same situation here? I hope to be able to get some answers instead of the usual "We understand your frustrations and apologise for the delay but we are unable to give you any assurance, please trust that our specialists are processing this ASAP."
