i dont think this is the dev address , the token for the are locked for 18 months . But someone in the telegram channel said he own 6M , there is a big buyer from Mcafee also  bought alot of MTC
you can talk with these investors on their telegram group ecause they very active. but never mention bounty because you will get banned .
