See, I think you are new in micro earning. The most important and big source of income comes from advertising for both site owners and earners. Earners get big profits only if they have huge referrals. Without referral, you can only think of getting 0.01 to 0.1$ (max.) from a single site and that too after investing much time there.

I don't know how well this site is since it's new (I didn't reach min. payout yet, so can't verify it's legit or not) but these types of sites have good reputation in micro earnings section since they offer a chance to earn better than many sites if you have patience to upgrade strategically. Unfortunately, there are only few such sites and I hope this site also turn into 1 of them.
