Is the deposit/withdraw instant? ( min withdraw i mean, because maybe you check bigger amount or you have to get btc from the cold storage)

Deposit is instant - no confirmations needed.
Withdraw - we have a minimum withdraw amounts, and the withdraw we try to make them instant
(because the site is new, we still moderate the withdraws manually - to ensure all users coins are safe).
