Honestly FUD can appear anytime, even after that 3 days of green volume so we can't really say FUD is over.

Let's rephrase it instead to, "price crash reached it's bottom" , - for now. Is the start of bull run? We will never know. Buy looking at the coinmarketcap during the first couple of days of that green phase, all altcoins are just dragged by bitcoin price' USD value but when you look at their actual bitcoin value, still no changed or still on dip.

What matters here is, the "losses" the others gained during the recent FUD is now currently on recovering period, well at least. Just hope that people take advantage of the recent dip to increase their stash.
