Not yet, wait for the time that the Mt. Gox liquidation ends and when that happens that is when the bull market starts again. Based from the price ranges from what is happening, they are actually maintaining the price of $9,000. When it goes a little above it, there is a massive sell down till $8,000 or less. Then it slowly goes back up till $9,000 again and it repeats the process. By my estimate, they may finish by mid-year, since they are dumping a lot of coins.
