Lots of scam accusations are already thrown at this exchange even prior to my existence in crypto community. Lost funds, withdrawal and deposit sucks, locked account and the most popular, poor customer support. As far as my own experienced is concerned, I never had a "major" problem using that exchange and those minor problem are solved in a short timeframe.

There are also times that your preferred coins to trade are only tradeable at Yobit so you might take a risks or wait for other listing on that coins on different exchange.

Bottom line: As far as all scam accusations against them are concerned, you must stay away on this exchange if you don't understand the risks of using them. Even I don't experienced any problem at this site and honestly I currently have an active trades here, still I will not recommend it to others especially for newbies.
