Does anyone know what would happen if the project doesn't reach it's softcap? Would an investor from the KickICO sale get his money back?

The way pre-sale is moving for DEVELOPEO, I dont think there will be such requirement. Already 10% token sold in pre-sale and still 36+ days to go.
