ICO is run worldwide (except USA) but you'd better consult your local lawyer to make sure cryptocurrency isn't banned in your country yet.
Goods are planned to be shipped worldwide.
We plan to open hackspaces on all continents gradually.
The 1st one is planned to be opened in Minsk (that's also CIS
)I meant your hackspaces but the other questions are important too.
