For the hundredth time, no hashrate was purchased. The SAFE code is a cut and paste, including the KMD notary pubkeys. Anybody can mine without restrictions to those addresses and without the height activated fixes being activated, the prevention of this is inactive.
I did not realize this when I started notary mining as it was fixed over 1.5 years ago in KMD, but still alive in SAFE.
Your words now and what you posted on your own slack channel do not gel together.
You posted the Genesis Notaries so that people could mine SAFE and others posted that they would set up a server to make it easier.
