Is this project dead? I'm in one of the supported countries and according to wirex site virtual card should be instantly issued but it's second day and I'm still around 70k spot on waiting list

And looks like information about instantly issued virtual card is misleading cause in latest mail they stated that it only applies to the UK for now:
