I think the only resort you can do it to wait until the bounce back of bitcoin price for your 3 BTC. While waiting and it seems we are at the bearish market, you can buy another batch of bitcoin at the lower price. Take a chance to buy at $6k that was the lowest I think during the dip and buy at least 2BTC if you have money and then play around with that 2BTC sell that when the price reach at $10K to $12K and don't buy until the next dip. In that way, you can cut your losses from your previous purchase. Hope it helps.
