2 e-mails and enough time, but still no answer. Not nice.
TryNinja sent a PM to him about this thread last March 4. He went online and had a post on March 7 and by checking his account, he was last active Today at 11:38:50 AM. He even had 2 posts, unfortunately he still did not reply here. 
It's either you will choose to forget about this or continue waiting.
