Same here man, restarted the miner and now one board only shows 26 functioning chips and guess what it is the same card that Ive sent for repair to Colorado before and waited for them to fix it like 3 months!

Damn that makes BitmainWarranty look REAL bad.
They go on about their high prices coz they do things fast ... so basically that's not the case?
I had one that was replaced in about three weeks or so. Had to keep on them but it got done (Colorado).
