Yes i have a CSV file of key call electrum_private_keys. When i try to create a new wallet, using the option "importing bitcoin adress", it doesn't work, when i use my file, or when i copy , paste one or several adresses of the file.
The Button "Next" stay gray and i click on it.
You can't load a CSV file into Electrum... you need to copy/paste either the Bitcoin Addresses (this will generate a watching-only wallet that will NOT let your spend any coins, you can only see them!)... or you copy/paste the private keys which MUST be in "WIF" format... they should start with a "5", a "K" or an "L" and look something like this:

When importing the private keys, you must put ONE private key (or address) per line... and NOTHING ELSE, like this:

no other symbols or text, no quote marks or ","s or anything like that, if you do, the "next" button will be disabled:
