At this moment,NO. Bitcoin now are start to go up.And i believe it will continue to go upward then fall again but that is normal because bitcoin are so volatile.
The market value of the bitcoin will keep on going up and down but this does not certainly mean that it will go down all the time and that we will not be able to see any significant increase in the market value of bitcoin. Right now, things have started getting better and that we have seen some increase in the graph of the market value of the bitcoin and I am very much hopeful that this graph will keep on going up soon.
We can't give guaranty that bitcoin will increase, now still we see bitcoin is going up and down, so it mean we will see in this situation few weeks more, but in the end, bitcoin definitely will increase and that will be a time of bitcoin and once again we will see bitcoin pump period. But it take time may be in June bitcoin give us some surprising pumping.
You are correct when you say that we cannot give any kind of guarantee that the price of bitcoin will increase however if we look at the technology behind bitcoin we can see that nothing has changed bitcoin is still as good as before and there are going to be huge improvements in the short term and when that happens we will see again a bull market, a new bubble and probably a new crash.
