What i did is :
1. I close all my tab which connected to my portofolio.
2. Uninstall all portofolio apps on my phone and clear any chace related to market.
3. Visit speculation thread only for laugh and visit seriouse discussion which not too related to market.
4. I will open it latter at the end of this month or in june
