I do not expect scam. It was a project I was very trusting about. I have recently been afraid of investing in ICOs.
I will go that far to call it a scam, but I believe it is not worth that much.Some college students wanna disrupt facebook? I don't think so.
Don't mean to defend sapien network, but don't forget that Facebook founders were college students when they launched Facebook
