Decided to use Cryptopia because some rare coins are only available to buy there.
Deposited NEO, transaction came through and I could clearly see it via explorer - gas was accumulating and explorer balance showed my coins.
However it took more than 8 hours for my NEO to finally appear.
I used Binance and Kucoin to transfer different coins before and this was my longest waiting time
