It depends how many you have. My guess for ppl that have more than 2000 evn. By the end of the summer dividends will roll every week.
So who has below that amount of envion will not receive anything? If so, then this ICO is a hole, because everyone should receive.
They will get paid. But because of transactions fees, shares can be sum up and paid after certain amount AFAIK.
