There are competitors already in the travel industry but they have their own audience.
Have you heard of TOA, Oroundo, Tourism token, etc. ?
The problem with this kind of project is the implementation.
Travelers should be informed about these things and the usability of the token/coin is not yet the hype in traveling industry.
That´s why most of them ended up in trading- exchanges only. Because very few people know the existence of this kind of service or better yet they know about it but they don´t know how to use it.
Bit complicated for a traveler. If you have your credit/debit card, why is it that you will go a long way rather than purchase thru your card directly.
I think that´s one big challenge that they need to overcome. Change the mindset of the travelers.
