I have crash sometimes for fan speed with Claymore v11.5

Rig:
GPU: 8 MSI gaming x 1060 6GB

nVidia last drivers

When start mining with or without overclock after few days receive message
NVML: cannot get fan speed, error 999 (an internal driver error occurred)

ETH: GPU0 23.227 Mh/s, GPU1 1.435 Mh/s, GPU2 24.326 Mh/s, GPU3 24.187 Mh/s, GPU4 1.435 Mh/s, GPU5 24.222 Mh/s, GPU6 24.112 Mh/s, GPU7 24.109 Mh/s
