Hello, Mr. cheater detector!

It may not be the case because you can write any name in the blog spreadsheets. Signature campaign is a different story.
Now scammers are using profiles of other accounts in the blog campaigns, they can even take the names from this topic page. They will use a new address for every submission. The real owners of these accounts do not even know that their names are used somewhere, I have seen this loads of times. They choose 1-2 month inactive accounts quite often, like some from your list.
