Hello. I'm pretty sure the wallet version is 12.1.9... Yep, time to get the latest version from github. Don't worry, just get the new wallet version and all should be fine. You may have to reindex or something.

how to re-index my wallet? Just backing my wallet up, then re-install it with new version of Goacoin wallet, then new wallet will automatically re-index blockchain database?

hope that new version of Goacoin wallet can completely fix technical issue and help its price rise again.
another way is to press shift and right-click in the directory where your goacoin gui wallet is and then select "open command window here". Then type "goacoin-qt.exe -reindex" without the quotation marks
That will reindex the wallet.
