Can anyone speak to how many days it took for your order to go from In Progress to shipped?  My first order has said "In Progress" for days.

Also, anyone had any contact with KNC?  They don't seem to be answering my e-mails or their phone.  I'd just like to know that they are still there at this point.  Makes me feel a lot better to see people saying that they are receiving shipments though.

Order 111X - Paid June 5th - Jupiter upgraded to Saturn on 18 July and Paid - Status - "In Progress (Payed)"
Order 401X - Paid July 23rd - Jupiter - Status - "Paid (Payed)"

Your early order already sent to production and you should be receiving the tracking number and estimated delivery date very shortly.
