A client must convert his fiat money to crypto (+fee) and a freelancer must convert crypto back to fiat (+fee). So a client must place an order with 2xfee included.
How do you plan to solve this?

Most users of the platform will be token holders already so the only thing is just for the sellers to exchange their tokens gotten from the trade to ethereum. It's just almost the same as trading on an exchange and that is why 90@℅ of the generated revenue goes to the seller.
