this is a tweet by a guy who claims that he got his unit from Halong and guess what??!!!!  this guy just created his Twitter account few days ago 

And they also had a tutorial video on how to operate the miner

all I saw in the video was an ANTMINER ASIC and a HTML web interface of Halong  (PROVES NOTHING)
