The idea of this project is great and that itself means it will have huge potential. There might be people who think it is a scam and would put a stoppage on the initiative of the team behind this. By doing so, this great project may not develop as intended. A lot of ICO became scam even with all the beautiful and impressive whitepaper. Even with very 'realistic' and 'well-known' team members. Some ICOs with whitepaper built with such professionalism, only tends to please but would later not continue the project. PayVX might not have the most complete and impressive whitepaper with all the 'technicalities' and team (which I believe some of them wants to keep their privacy), but I do believe that what matters most is the commitment of the people behind it.

It may encounter struggles to prove its worth but a small team with big dreams could work and reach its goals with supporters and contributors that believe in its commitment, effort, and vision.
