Bitcoins are easier to pay than a debit or credit card, which can be accepted without a merchant account. In your wallet application on your computer or smartphone, enter the recipient's bitcoin address and payment amount, and you can complete the payment by pressing the send button. To make it easier to enter the payee's address, many wallets can be accessed via qr code scanning or NFC technology.

Do you think it is convenient to use bitcoin?
Yes it is easier to use but bitcoin transactions are not instant so the buyer have to wait until the transaction get confirmed to buy things which is negativity of bitcoin for being used as a currency. But paying with doesn't need any information and bank details just the address is enough to pay them.

There is some process to make it faster just like when you use coins.ph app. If 2 user are using same coins.ph and transfer BTC to each other. There will be no transaction applied and the transfer is instant. I think is using some kind of self miner to process all the transaction happened on their own wallet address.
But don't expect all the users to use the same app for holding bitcoin and even coins.ph is an exchange not an wallet so storing our bitcoin is not safe but as you said it will be instant. But still fiat is the best for using as a currency. Then lets wait for the LN implementation on mainnet I hope it will make the transactions much faster almost like instant.
Well if they implement the lightning network on mainnet we will expect that every transaction will be instant, but we still don't sure if it will give us instant transaction.
As of now, I heard they are still in beta testing, but I hope they release it too...
According to coins.ph it is just like the same as coinbase if you are using the same app, then you can receive your bitcoin in an instant or faster confirmation, but not all bitcoin users are using coinbase as their wallet because they are treating coinbase as not safe because you couldn't retrieve your own private key that you can use for recover once the coinbase is down or gone forever.
Let's hope that the lightning network would be the solution to speed up the slow transaction for receiving bitcoin.
