I understood all risks of running exchange.

Judging from your questions, I don't think you do.

Exchanges may share technologies on the client- and/or server-side (eg. Bittrex uses Font Awesome for their icons, which are rather prevalent across all sorts of sites. On the server-side most exchanges will have integrated more or less the same libraries for handling Bitcoin and alt coin transactions) but for the most part you can expect them to run on proprietary systems that they created and maintain themselves.

So while they may seem similar, I'm afraid this may be due to the fact that all these exchanges handle more or less the same use cases, not because they are all using the same white label software.


If I am honest, the time is problem.

If time is the problem, you really really shouldn't run an exchange and risk other people's money.
