Like I stated before.. i still get the 23 sts but my mother (who recently activated) only gets 11. My account is over 3 years old..
Could it have something to do with the minimum amount of 30.000 sts? In order to get interest, im just guessing..
That's probably it. I think it's got something to do with how old your account is and how much money you deposited (or how much money you have in your balance maybe)
