with zknasrks mined coins can not be spent directly but must be "shielded" in a private address. In LTZ every people can have 2 kind of addresses: 1 public (like bitcoin & others) and 1 private.
Encryption of the wallet is not yet available due some issues with zknasrks. We are working on that.
