A lot of people here are looking for a return on their investment. So even though this project doesn't have that, would there be any way the token would have value? it would be great to have some proof of concept to gain interest. Have you created any other video games?

I will definitely try to take arrangements with exchangers in order to allow for token trading. Note that Nuka Tokens are ERC20 and I have created them compliant to that standard just for this reason.
Additionally, the price I set for the Nuka Tokens is very cheap (less than 0,01$) so their value can practically only increase.
I'm thinking of selling redeem codes for DLC contents in exchange of a fixed amount of Nuka Tokens. This way, one who get the tokens at early stage will have a bonus
number of tokens that will gain value, especially if the game will be successful. For example, one could sell Nuka Tokens to somebody willing to buy a DLC.
I understand your intent by saying that token will be cheap and will increase in value, but over 46% of 2017's ICO token completely failed. Meaning the value dropped to nothing. Additionally, the cost to list on exchanges varies from 25k to near 1m, which is a high percentage of what you are asking for development fees.
Are you saying the DLC you are developing will require the purchase of Nuka tokens and vice versa?
The game itself will have nothing to do with blockchain, is that correct? You would just use the blockchain to raise funds at this point? What's the benefit for investors?
I'll try to take two birds with one stone
The game itself will have nothing to do with blockchain, correct. But the benefit for investors are manyfold:
- a copy of the game (if contributing at least 0.01 ETH), this alone is more than what many investors have gained from half ICOs in 2017 as Wxrhino said
- NKT tokens at a very low price of around 0.01$, or even lower, if we consider the bonus system for the first 500 investors
- chances that the value of Nuka Tokens will rise as they will be usable to buy DLCs and additional contents (once the game will be released and, given that it will probably attract many players, tokens will be more desiderable and will provide early investors with added value wrt the original price)
About purchases with Nuka Tokens, redeem codes for each DLC released will be available according to the following principles that are meant to favour token values. Any purchasable content will have:
- full price when purchased using FIAT currencies
- halved price if purchased with NKT, calculated based on token values at DLC release (again, added value for early investors)
