Anything less than that and they are misrepresenting, which I'm fairly sure would be a criminal offence.
yeah they would have probably been "golden" if they simply said we have 'stock units" that will do 400gh ....we have some experimental mods that look promising that have gotten as much as 550gh depending on the quality of your chips" we will make this available to all to play with....but in an effort to get the units out the door at this time we stand by the 400gh or 150gh more then we originally thought in April......we will have a place on the forums for these "experimental upgrades" all are welcome to try asap.
