What's the reason for your account to be banned anyway?

I've been involved into somrthing "Copy pasting" that's what the moderator said when I made a new topic here in the meta section asking about in my situation here's my link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1005172
You can make a topic here asking to dispute the original ban. If you can make sufficiently strong arguments, you ban may be lifted. If your account has been banned many months ago, an admin might tell you can create a new account without it being ban evasion, but your old account will not be unbanned (to allow you to participate in bitcoin related discussions).

 Thank you for your answer sir, I ask the moderators to show something that may support my situation. It's okay for me to unrecover my old account and make a new one but i'm afraid to make a new account without consulting the moderators.
