When you see that bitcoin is falling the first thing you need to do is check how much money do you have to live. If it's not enough you need to understand it and sell your bitcoins.

So if you have personal reasons to panic* ( maybe because at the begining you did something wrong but it's an other topic ) then yes I understand the seller but not at any cheap price...
