SteepCoin-Qt-Windows Wallet and source minor updates :
1. Add Russian Language in SteepCoin-Qt Windows Wallet;
2. Add new checkpoints in SteepCoin source;
3. Hardcoded nodes in SteepCoin source ( now new clients not need to use SteepCoin.conf file for synchronization with SteepCoin Network, synchronization starts automatically)
P/S: Android Wallet in progress.
