The minimum was reduced by request of investors. There's a minimum for Public Sale happening on April 2nd with 29% bonus.
The minimum for Pre-Sale is 5 ETH with 59% bonus but unfortunately it is ending on 31st March.
The minimum for Public Sale is 0.01 ETH with 29% bonus like I stated above
