This is why there should be more scrutiny on random accounts becoming campaign managers because there far too much incompetence and shadiness going on with them. His campaigns should probably be looked into because I'm sure he's probably paying a load more of his alt accounts.

With you respect, I think they need to sanction them to scared those people who trying to cheat. Aside on that hua_hui was literary abuse their rank and position as campaign manager, not only once or twice. If they tolerate them, they continue make it again and again, or in worst many fraudsters were follow their steps.
