My intention that's why I create this thread is not to destroy the reputation of higher rank like Legendary, all I want is to have fair and equal policy to everyone. It not means that they are in the higher rank they cannot followed the rules and regulations, instead they need to become good example to newly participants and to everyone.
Of course, I didn't mean you create this topic to destroy these accounts, I'm also trying to find out cheater in this forum. I mean other lower rank accounts are trying to apply in the same bounty campaign with the same ETH address with other higher rank accounts did it. Don't worry, If hilarious confirmed that they're alts, I think no need to discuss about this case anymore Smiley). Cause these alts account will be tagged soon.
