There are many paths one can take to achieve that goal, but from what I've seen so far, this is the best way when talking about how much investors should invest both money and/or time.
Well, of course, in the case of Bounty, we have to consider the combination of both money and time, because distortion in one of the parties can lead to the ineffectiveness of the whole campaign.
Nowadays bounty campaign became an opium for most of the investors, comparing to the strategy of promotion in recent years it doesn't look fragile, nevertheless, it is not quite convenient for the busy ones, who can't spend their time on promotions.
I agree with you, however, it is difficult to think up a campaign which meets the needs of absolutely everyone. In this case, Bounty is a good solution, though not perfect.
