.I really just want to talk to someone that has physical access to my miner and can troubleshoot it. In my opinion, people that paid an extra $2200 for hosting shouldn't be worse off than those that had them shipped.
Yes, I am in the same boat as you are, got 100 GH/s for days, finally reached 400 yesterday but by no means am I getting close to 550.
Plus I mined on their pools for a full day and a half and I haven't seen any coins and since they don't have stats (WFT!) who knows what that pool is doing.
I am emailing support every day, I am getting an answer every 2 days but the answer is always useless although polite.
I am hoping that hosted people like us, will have another round of compensation...
