As far as i see the spreadsheet you signed up on 18/03 for the bounty. that was the end of week 2. (sunday). That's why you were not counted for that week.
If you mean week 3 (from 19 to 25/03), I counted your report and gave you the stakes. Check it, please.
I do updates on spreadsheets on Mondays, thus everything is alright.
