update to cpuminer-opt 3.8.3 or 3.8.4 windows binary those two updates have the yescryptR16 algo added.

to run all you really need is:

cpuminer-sse2.exe -a yescryptR16 -o stratum+tcp://pool.elicoin.net:3333 -u EenkkoCGYkxFHad5uQr2gguEHphMGymJuD

no password required on the official pool but -t for threads numbers if you would like to do that (ie -t 6)
