It's far from the worse. The problem is that everybody compares with November 2017. Well, such growth is not possible for long time.
All in all, Bitcoin is holding well. And 7900$ is still better than the minimum of 6000$ we had this year and it looks wonderful compared to the 950$ from one year ago.
