There are people waiting to dump it again like spreading fuds, well recovery from $10k might be getting harder and harder every time bitcoin falls under $9k. Lot of people are saying april could be the start of the bull run, well i hope they were right 
Well, let them dump, then we will buy as they keep dumping. The market has been in a huge correction and we cannot expect it to just keep moving up and up just like that without some accumulation. No one can say exactly how everything will end up turning out but at least we can keep hoping that everything will turn out to be fine very soon. With the optimism going on in the market, I really do not know why we are still hanging somehow now.Are we out of the bear market and into the bull market ?
There cannot be an exact answer for this from my side until $19800 is broken and a new ATH will be set. Yes, beating previous high could an obvious symptom to conclude about the end of bearish market.
