Do you admit to copy pasting? If you do or you did do it, your account deserves its ban and so do you. If you did copy and paste other users content here without authorisation from the owner, then leave as you're not really going to get anywhere by making a new account and continue to recycle content here for your own account farming purposes.
And no it's not safe to immediately start over again as you will be immediately permabanned (again).
