But there are some exceptions (e.g. USA). You'd better consult you local lawyer to find out if ICOs are legal in your country.

It's actually not very difficult to consult a lawyer just to make sure that you can participate.

Wouldn't it be more convenient for your investors if you post a kind of list with countries where ICO can be participated in?
This list won't be very useful because there are everyday changes in many countries.
So the info in such a list can become outdated very quickly.
